What bank cards can I use with Klix?
You can add up to 5 Visa and/or MasterCard cards with 3D Secure support. What is 3D secure? Where can I see my purchase history?
To look up your purchase history with items/products you have bought with Klix from any retailer, simply Login into you Klix app on your mobile device, and go to the History section. This will contain a list of all the purchases you have made with Klix. Please note that if you chose to use Klix as a guest (unregistered user), the respective purchase won't be listed in the purchase history list.
How to make the purchase without the Klix app or mobile device?
In case when you don't yet have a Klix app, you don't want to download the Klix app, or if you simply don't have your mobile device by hand, you will also be able to buy through Klix as a guest (unregistered user). To do that, when shopping on a partner store, follow these steps: Select 'Fast checkout with Klix'. Yes! Klix transactions will be shown in your bank statement in the same way as for any other transactions/purchases you have mage with the card.
What are the possible payment methods?
At the moment Klix supports only card payments. You can pay with a debit or credit card of yours or your business. But stay tuned! We plan to launch additional payment methods to make the shopping process even more convenient. In the meanwhile though... Where is my order?
If you haven't received the delivery of the items you ordered in the promised time, please get in touch with the store where you placed the order. The retailer is responsible and will provide you with information and updates on your order status, shipments, cancellation, returns and refunds.
Can I return the item I bought and get a refund?
Something's wrong with the item you bought? Your item hasn't arrived in the promised time? Simply changed your mind? Please get in touch with the store where you bought your item to request a refund. According to the official return and refund policies of the store, they will get in touch with you about if the return is possible and what the refund amount would be.
Will I be charged any interest or fees?
No. We don't charge any interest, fees or any other repayment costs on top of the price you have to pay for the products/services you are buying from the merchant. Using Klix is completely free and doesn't cost you anything.
How do I report an unauthorised activity or fraudulent payment?
In case you notice a suspicious or fraudulent activity on your account, please get in touch with us by sending an email to email@example.com as soon as possible! You’re not responsible for any payments that were not authorised by you. We will do everything that's in our power to help you solve the situation and protect you from any harm done.
