Can I use Klix on multiple devices?
No. Klix only supports 1 device at a time. If you get a new phone, or simply want to confirm the purchase through another device, you will have to login into the newly chosen device. Note, that this will log you out of the previous device to ensure your own security and that only 1 device is connected to your Klix account at the same time. Please also note that to login into a new device, you will have to go through a super quick payment simulation that will charge and immediately refund you 0.1
Can I use Klix without a mobile phone number?
No. Unfortunately, you won't be able to use Klix if you don't have a phone number. We ask for your phone number to make sure that the person creating your account and later signing in is really you. We will ask for your mobile number when you register for Klix the first time. Afterwards, whenever making a purchase with Klix, we will ask you to enter the number and send a push notification to your mobile app to verify it's you. How do I delete my account?
Having a Klix account won't cause any risks to your personal information or credit card data, it also won't make your life harder. :) But if for some reason you still have decided that you no longer want to use Klix for more convenient shopping online, please get in touch with us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make sure your account is closed!
