No. Klix only supports 1 device at a time. If you get a new phone, or simply want to confirm the purchase through another device, you will have to login into the newly chosen device. Note, that this will log you out of the previous device to ensure your own security and that only 1 device is connected to your Klix account at the same time. Please also note that to login into a new device, you will have to go through a super quick payment simulation that will charge and immediately refund you 0.10 eur to make sure it is really you who is logging in. As part of this process you will have to go through the 3D secure authorisation that your bank or institution that has issued your card requests.
