You can add up to 5 Visa and/or MasterCard cards with 3D Secure support. What is 3D secure? For your protection against credit card fraud, the Strong Customer Authentication regulation in Europe (in force since 14 September, 2019) requires the use of 3D Secure for card payments online. During payment process, the 3D Secure requires the customer to complete an additional step of verification with the card issuer company before allowing the transaction. This would typically redirect the customer to the bank's website, where one will be required to authenticate using the bank's/card issuer company's standard methods.

You will be able to use Klix on all Klix partner stores. Klix partner stores are online retailers who already offer Klix as one of the checkout options in their stores. See the current list of partner stores on our website: www.klix.app

Cannot find Klix checkout option on a particular retailer's website? We are sorry, that means that you will not be able to use your Klix account when shopping on the particular store at the moment. We are however actively working on adding more retailers to the list of partner stores.

How do I sign up for Klix? How do I create a Klix account?

You can sign up for a Klix account on any of our partner stores or in Klix mobile app (available both fo iOS and Android). When signing up you must have a phone with an active SIM card and access to Network via Wi-Fi or LTE.

To sign up during a purchase at any of the partner stores:

At checkout, select Klix as the checkout method
Enter your mobile number.
Enter your full legal name, your email address, delivery address
Agree to the terms of use of Klix and check the option to Save your data and Create account
That's it! From now on - enjoy shopping online in an easy, convenient and safe way!

To sign up in the app:

Download the free Klix app from the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play (Android).
Enter your mobile number.
Enter your full legal name and your email address.
Add a bank card. Note: we will verify your card by charging it for 0.10 EUR. Don't worry, once the transaction goes through, we will immediately return you the money. This is to make sure the card is really owned by you.

Can I use Klix without registration? Do I need to register?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. You can make a purchase with Klix also without creating a Klix account before. Only after making a purchase you will be asked if you want to save your data for next time and create a Klix account.

If you chose to do save your data you will be able to use the 'fast checkout with Klix' to autofill any of the fields (name, surname, contact info, delivery address, card data) on any of the Klix partner stores online with the data you used for your previous purchase with Klix. We do therefore recommend to register and save your data to get the most out of your Klix checkout experience.

Without registering a Klix account you won't be able to:

confirm your purchases with just a few "klix" (read: clicks. See what we did there?)
manage your cards
see your purchase history
